The scheduler is the part of the Koave dashboard our clients use to plan a week of content and publish it to their own accounts. It is built for creators who post daily for brand deals and do not want to be on their phone at 9:00 AM every morning.

How it works

Connect your accounts

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube connect through each platform's own login. You approve the permissions on their screen. We never see or store your password.

Plan the week

Upload your videos, write the captions, pick the platforms. The calendar spreads posts across the days and times you choose, with a daily limit per platform so nothing floods.

We publish on schedule

At the scheduled time the video is posted to your account, at source quality, with your caption. Every post shows up in your queue as pending, posted or failed, with the reason.

What we ask TikTok for

When you connect TikTok you approve these permissions on TikTok's own screen. We use them only to post the videos you schedule. We do not read your messages, followers, comments or analytics through this connection.

  • user.info.basic

    Your display name and avatar, so the dashboard can show which TikTok account is connected.

  • video.upload

    Upload the video file you scheduled to your TikTok account.

  • video.publish

    Publish that video at the time you picked, with the caption you wrote.

Your data, your call

  • Videos you upload are stored so they can be published on schedule. Delete a queued post any time and it never goes out.
  • Disconnect TikTok from Settings → Connected accounts. That revokes our access immediately.
  • Want everything removed? Use the data deletion page or email us.
